Kyoto is Everyone’s Destination in Autumn
More and more people are visiting Kyoto during their stay in Japan these days. Especially this city with a long history is busiest in autumn, as the beautiful foliage makes the countless shrines and temples even more worth visiting. Kiyomizu-dera temple is one of the most popular tourist spots, it is stunning beautiful as you might expect. If you are going to come a bit later and lucky enough, you will see Golden Pavilion in Rokuonji temple (Kinkakuji) in snow. There are relatively fewer tourists in winter, while people rush to the shrines to pray for good luck during the new year’s holiday.
Maiko Dinner by Koan Hanare, Super Tourist Friendly
We, Koan Hanare, started our service in early August and had a grand opening in October 2019. We are gladly hosting more and more tourists recently and getting confident that our service is perfect for autumn travelers coming to Kyoto. A variety of media all over the world is introducing our service. You will understand it visually on our Instagram account.
It is 2 hours’ dinner with a Maiko starting 6 PM, on Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday regularly. Whole the experience is conducted in English by a guide certified by Kyoto city. The price is JPY 18,000 per person and that is everything you will pay. It includes a set menu of Japanese “Kaiseki” cuisine and all-you-can-drink. You will have a dive into the world of Japanese culture, finding yourself more knowledgeable about and fond of it. One of our policies is “being tourist-friendly” and we accept a last minute booking and it closes 4 PM on the show day, 2 hours before the show.
